The wind blew across Angus’ face. The salty air of the sea filled his lungs filling him with a true sense of comfort.
“I’m finally free” he thought. A smile broke out on his face, almost enough for his yellowed toothy grin to be visible. It was only a few weeks ago he was in that cell, but seemed like a lifetime ago now. No more needles, blood tests or pain.
He wandered further down the coast, weaving through the undergrowth and dunes.
A thought then occured to him, the beach was empty, not even a single crab to be seen.
His legs instinctually began a headlong sprint in land, only to firmly smash into a wall of men in tunics with what he knew to be police ensignia.
“Come with us quietly, the Proffesor has missed you.”
A sharp pain to the back of his skull and it all went dark…

Well, after a few mad weeks of job hunting (I didnt see it as financially viable to go freelance) and new job I headed off to Reading this weekend.
I got to see some absolute heroes such as Rage Against the Machine and Tenacious D, plus some bands I knew I’d get too excited seeing such as Robots in Disguise, CSS and Mindless Self-Indulgence. I came back Monday morning smiles abound and totally browned to a crisp, something my normal palid skin doesnt do!
This Saturday is Low Energy Day in Camden Market, a free comics show with a live DJ and buckets of talented people. I’ll be there with a small stash of Dave Minis, as finances have stopped any LT books being printed, yet.
Yesterday after much sleep and rest from the trauma of Reading I sat down and worked out a plan of attack for getting back on the comics ‘bike’, tonight I’m working on a new LT (which i will be scripted this lunch), my submission to the Guest Strip Project and some commission stuff.
From tomorrow I’ll be posting either a sketch or some art each day on here, I have no excuse not to really. I’m not sure when I’ll start LT back up but I do want a buffer first, so my thoughts is draw 3 a week and then update twice a week to start with and see how it goes? When’s Graham will be on the horizon also, I’m aiming to put together the first arc to print for Leeds in November atleast.
More soon!

Well I got given my notice in my new job on Thursday, so officially from Friday I’m freelance finally.
It was a bit of a shame but i guess things don’t always work out, it does however mean I’ve pushed myself into doing commissions and as much comic work as I can each day, if things get too tough I’ll sort out some bar work, but we’ll see. All very exciting!
Be sure to check the Little Terrors site today, It’s finally updated, merch, commission details and a donate drive to follow later today on the site.

Another weekend taking advantage of the uni guys being back, we started off with some Magic and Kobolds ate my Babies.
My first game of Kobolds went well, with my Kobold, Daisy running around madly throwing spell pages at other Kobolds whilst mingling with human youths with his mastery of the human language (10 words including milf, puppies and fuck).
Saturday was good fun, Baggy and myself sat down in the afternoon and watched a good chunk of Doctor Who Series 2, ending with the Cybermen episodes.
We popped for a quick curry then I ran a game of Shadowrun at Tom’s, revealing the metahuman vampires nest below the club, We’ll see where that one goes in the coming weeks.
Yesterday was a nice chilled day, I helped Tom choose a new TV, a big Samsung 32″ LCD was picked in the end with full 1080p to be enjoyed. A quick setup and a XBox 360 later I was playing my first attempt at Halo 3, which i must add I was just as terrible at as I was with Halo 2. We ended the evening with some Kobolds, which was hilarious.
I’ll be posting later tonight before Football on some projects in the pipeline.

Another weekend of slacking off from the world of webcomics to play RPG games with the gang.
Started off nicely with some Shadowrun run by me, which we had to end early as it got to about 2am (and the point of the game where things were about to get interesting) as myself and the players were about ready to doze off. I dont think it was wise to try playing The Order of the Stick boardgame first, that game takes literally an evening! (more…)

I woke up this morning feeling more tired than I should have, a basically slept and watched TV yesterday, it was my lazy day.
Friday was a suddenly organised session of Shadowrun, i was totally unprepared (not just my normal laziness) as Tom popped home a week early, no handouts and prepared box text! They succeeded in hitting the target or atleast what looked like him, also they secured the cargo which was revealed to be humans, their purpose was not revealed though. (more…)
